Bio: Scott Heiferman wants people to organize a Meetup Everywhere about
Most Everything. He is CEO of Meetup, using the internet to get
people off the internet to form new, real local community groups.
Previously, Scott co-founded Fotolog (currently a top 20 website in 6
countries), founded i-traffic (a top online ad agency in the 90s),
worked at Sony, and graduated from The University of Iowa. Scott
received the Jane Addams Award from the National Conference on
Citizenship in 2005 and was named the 2004 M.I.T. Technology Review
Innovator of the Year. Using the services he's started, Scott is
Organizer of the NY Tech Meetup (New York's largest tech community
